TP+ by Sunpix, a platform dedicated to the Pacific Islander community, provides news, entertainment, and cultural content relevant to its audience. The platform aimed to bridge the gap between the Pacific community and mainstream media by offering content that reflected their values and interests. However, the existing website was plagued with issues such as poor navigation, inconsistent design, and a cluttered user interface, negatively impacting user experience and engagement.
